SCRIPT
SCENE 1
Narrator | Do you believe in fantasy? Well, on this beautiful morning, I would rather like to tell you a story that hasn’t been told to anybody ever before. It’s called “Fantasy”… One day Romeo & Alpha were walking home from their school. On their way home… |
Romeo | Hey Al !! What on earth is this?! What the heck is this thing doin’ here? |
Alpha | Auu..ah!! |
(Romeo kicks the kettle. Smoke appeared. Fairy God Mother appeared. Romeo mimic muka surprise, then lari.) | |
Fairy God Mother | Iyah.. Ooo what a man!! I haven’t seen one in centuries!!! (Usai rambut) Haiii, I’m Laura (sambil menghulurkan tangan dan mengelilingi Alpha). I Laura bukan sebarang Laura tau! I boleh grant you three wishes (sambil mengasah kuku). So what is your wish, apple pie? |
Alpha | Ih!! Ketel damit, ia basar. Macam mana tu ah?? (sambil menggaru kepala) |
(Alpha mengacau mobile FGM then she mengampas tangan si Alpha) | |
Fairy God Mother | Hei!! Baru bah ni!! Amai jua!! |
(Alpha mengira pakai tangannya sebagai tanda berfikir..mumbling to himself..while the FGM is listening to him) | |
Narrator | So, Alpha wished for Julia to like him, after all she is “THE” most adorable girl in his school. |
(FGM then called Julia on her mobile, while Alpha looked at her, waiting anxiously) | |
Fairy God Mother | Hello. Is Julia in? Is she meeting someone? No? That’s great!! Emmm..I would like to make an appointment to meet with her for my friend Alpha…aha..tonight?..great!! ok!! … bye!! (hung up her phone) |
Alpha | Mau ya? |
Fairy God Mother | Yes! Yes! Yes! Candle light dinner at 8. Satisfied??!! |
(Alpha mimic muka. FGM | |
Alpha | Ih tunggu! Inda |
Fairy God Mother | …aaa… Let see what I can do for you. (She takes a magazine out from her handbag and show it to Alpha) |
(Alpha pun membelek through the magazine) | |
Alpha | Aku mau macam ani. (sambil menunjuk ke satu page dari magazine atu) |
Fairy God Mother | (mengeluh)…whatever….! |
Narrator | Alpha’s second wish had been granted. He is happy now that he can look more gorgeous and cooler than Romeo. |
Fairy God Mother | Hello!! Ya..Well I want a loan of your most famous designer! |
(Fashion Designers arrived after FGM hung up. Sambil membawa perkakas) | |
Fashion Designer1 | (Glaring at Alpha) Yuck!! How gross!! Young man, your sense of style is totally outdated!! |
Fashion Designer2 | I totally agree with you on that!! |
Fashion Designer1 | We can handle this |
Fashion Designer2 | I think a little bit of Versace and a little bit of Armani will definitely do the trick! |
FD1 & FD2 | (sambil bertentangan dengan cara mengejek) …would be fine… |
(They both took pencil, pen and paper dan mengukur) | |
SCENE 2
Narrator | So with Julia in his hand, the new Alpha arrived at a restaurant and have a candle light dinner. Julia looked bored |
(They somehow manage to have a good conversation. FGM ada duduk nearby untuk mengawasi) | |
Narrator | Alpha has asked Julia for a dance. However Julia Has resisted. So Alpha danced alone. Alpha danced as of he has two left feet. No wonder Julia resisted. He definitely looked awful. |
(While Alpha mencari gugur tia walletnya. Julia saw it and checked it out. Sound effect; wooo… when Julia saw the money ia pun mengambang) | |
Alpha | The night is still young baby, let’s dance.. |
(At that time Romeo ada disana jua, observing Alpha) | |
Narrator | Then comes the ordered food. (Meanwhile Alpha’s mobile started to ring). While Alpha talked on the phone, Julia ate the food greedily without any hesitation. It was Romeo who called Alpha. He called to warn Alpha that Julia was a ‘no-good’ and that she is very materialistic. (Upon hearing this, Alpha gasped) Alpha was so shocked at the news he just heard. Unfortunately at the same moment, poor Julia choked on her food, and sadly she kicked the bucket. (Pinggan pun pecah) Alpha is now double shocked!!! |
SCENE 3
Narrator | Meanwhile let’s look at another side of our so-called FANTASY story. The restaurant where the ill-fated Julia passed away was owned by a wicked lady named Veronica. She has a step-daughter who she dislikes very much, and she is our lovely Isabella. |
Veronica | (was writing when she heard the plate broke) OK!! What has happened now?!! (appearing angrier this time). Isabella!! What have you done this time?!!! |
Isabella buat muka takut | |
Veronica | Don’t give me that look young lady!!! |
Isabella | (jittering) She..she..she.. |
Veronica | She what??? (very marah and angry voice) |
Isabella | (pointing to the dead Julia) She choked on her food and broke her plate. |
Veronica | Well, don’t just stand there. Go over and pick it up. QUICK!!! |
(Isabella went over to Alpha’s table to clear up the mess. They noticed each other. She continued cleaning up, while Alpha checked her out) | |
Narrator | Well viewers, looks like cupid has shot his arrow right through them both. Veronica the wicked stepmother noticed what was going on, and she definitely is not too happy about the whole situation |
Alpha | (talking to himself) WOW!! I wonder who this pretty girl is? |
Isabella | (talking to herself) Hotshots!! This is not too bad himself. Terpikat ku. Chunlah! |
(meanwhile si Romeo pun terserempaklah si Isabella dan dia pun terpikat jua) | |
Romeo | (talking to himself) I want that girl |
Veronica | (talking to herself while looking at Alpha) Eh! I berkenanlah budak tu. |
Narrator | Dear audience, what we have here is one big love triangle, or shall I say, love square. I should let you all in the fact that Veronica is not only a wicked step-mother, but she is also a wicked witch! One thing we all know, Veronica is very unhappy to notice that Alpha and Isabella actually liked each other. Secretly she took out her magic spell book and whipped up a love potion for Alpha. |
(Veronica pun membuat aksi. i.e. doing her potion experiment on stage) | |
Veronica | (tipu-tipu baik dengan stepdaughternya) Aduhai anakku saying..marilah bawa kawan mu atu kesini. Mummy sudah ada sediakan. (to Alpha) hah..siapa nama mu ani wang? |
Alpha | Alpha..auntie. |
Veronica | Ih! Macam nama kerita Alfa-Romeo atu! Lawa jua. Bah! Minum tah..ikhlas ni dari auntie,compliments of the house. |
Pizza deliver membawa pizza masuk | |
Veronica | Nah!! Makantah pizza yang auntie belanja ani. Ikhlas tau! |
After finish eating the pizza both Isabella and Alpha pun pengsan dan mati | |
Narrator | Well viewers, what an unfortunate way to end our story. But hey that’s fate. We all don’t know what is in the store for us around the corner. Seeing that neither has partners, Veronica and Romeo found love in each other. I can happily end this story by saying that “they live happily ever after”. Just like in the fairy tales…. |
